Something sure isn’t working right.
After replacing the old Buffalo WHR-G54S with the 80211n WHR-G300N capable router am seeing my wireless go south. The LAN ports seems to working without issues
Packet drops to the router over the wireless link. Happens every time I start copying files to my NAS
PPPoE issues (Jan 1 00:08:09 192.168.44.2 pppd: Couldn’t load plugin /usr/lib/rp-pppoe.so). Rebooting seems to fix this issue
Maybe it has something to do with DD-WRT v24 preSP2 (Build13064) firmware. I never did try the vendor firmware, should have done that first before flashing to DD-WRT. Time to downgrade to v24 SP1 (Build10020) if it fixes the issues.
It would be disappointing if I had to go back to 80211g :-\
That was easy. My Mac is now on the Freenet6 IPv6 backbone using the Gateway6 Open Source client. Am amazed that Google is already on IPv6 with http://ipv6.google.com/.

After moving my DSL to the new place, the carrier has been dropping very frequently. The Airtel guys checked the line out and updated the firmware.
